Steve Fowler, 41, is president of The Licensing Shop, Inc. For the past 16 years he has flown up to 200,000 kilometres a year between Europe, Asia and the US - the most extreme time zone changes. He has always suffered badly from jet lag.

At 190 cm tall, Fowler finds it difficult to sleep on planes, so the effects of travel are always compounded. "I tried sleeping pills, Bloody Marys, sleep deprivation and herbal remedies, but nothing worked," he says.
