The StopJetLag™ Plan requires you to confirm your normal personal living patterns and your flight itinerary with all connecting flights. The individual StopJetLag Plan order form will give us the information necessary to optimize your plan for your trip.

   Step 2: Fill in Your Flight Itinerary
   Step 3: Send Your Completed Information to StopJetLag

$35 per StopJetLag Plan with standard email service (add $10 for expedited service). Pricing for your StopJetLag Plan includes recommendations for all significant time zone changes from your initial departure city to your return to that city. Your StopJetLag Plan is emailed to you as a PDF attachment.
