The following notes will allow you to quickly retrieve and follow your StopJetLag Plan on your Windows Phone 7.

Tap on the "Enter Plan Order #" selection.

Enter the Email address and the Order Number from your order.

Tap on "Trip Plans" and then tap on "Retrieve Your Trip Plans" when you have Internet access.

As you get closer to the first departure for your trip you will see the "> Go to Current Time Leg" button appear.

Now tap the "Go To" Current Time button to view your StopJetLag Plan.

When the following StopJetLag Plan agenda page appears you can toggle between the compact and expanded jet lag recommendations view by tapping the "+" icon next to the specific recommendation or at the bottom of the page to expand all of the recommendations for this leg of your trip.
